Responsibilities: Provide assistance where required to maintain an efficient administration office workflow. Maintain knowledge of office systems and  processes and work closely with other staff on a daily basis to ensure accurate billing of our customers, undertake allocated duties within the civil safety's administration office workflow. All general office duties as required.

Experience: 5 years administration experience Queensland health, 1 month in training industry. 14 years experience with Queensland rail as infrastructure co-ordinator.
