About Civil Safety:
CIVIL SAFETY NEWS FEED.....The Civil Safety Work Ready Program offers 300 hours of structured work place learning, supported social and personal development training and industry focused outcomes to achieve  a Certificate 2 - Resource & Infrastructure Work Preparation Qualification to ensure level entry knowledge and skills to meet the needs of Local Aboriginal and Indigenous people who are seeking entry-level employment within the civil construction, mining or other industries. Civil Safety has been part of the Moranbah community since 2012 and continues to play an important part in training and skilling Moranbah residents to support the variety of businesses that call Moranbah home.

Responsibilities: Work closely with corporate clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Office management, customer relations, training coordination. Provide assistance where required to maintain an efficient administration office workflow. Maintain knowledge of office systems and  processes and work closely with other staff on a daily basis to ensure accurate billing of our customers.
Experience: 7 years administration and customer service experience in Queensland health and the training industry. 14 years co-ordinator and project management experience with Queensland rail.

Areas of Expertise: Customer service, training Management, compliance administration.
